It’s an easy drive from either Stresa in Lake Maggiore, or Lake Como, and well worth the visit. Thank you Marco!

He came to the house we rented with our family in Lago Maggiore.... read more He brought all of his kitchen gear with him, plus the ingredients for the food we were going to prepare. He organized the menu we were going to prepare and was open for other suggestions. Besides that, he was a very nice and was very helpful. He helped with cleaning as well the end of the night, even though that wasn’t necessary at all! Thanks again Marco for the nice night!!

  Being somewhat disorganized my wife and I only booked a cooking class with Marco 36 hours in advance but even then he e-mailed us to ask what we would like... read more to cook (Pasta or risotto, meat or fish, cake or spoon desert) and he had everything ready.
It was poring with rain that day and we had some difficulty finding the house but after one phone call to him and his neighbor pointing us in the right direction we made it to his delightful art-filled house in the woods.

It turned out that we were the only ones there that day which allowed us lots of time to chat. He explains everything and sends the recipes by e-mail making it very easy to replicate what he demonstrates.

We had a delightful three course lunch of the food we had cooked and all this at a cost only slightly above what we would have paid for a similar meal in a restaurant.

Highly recommended.
