Location perfetta, accoglienza, cortesia e professionalità... read more non sono mai mancate. Abbiamo cucinato insieme divertendoci ed imparando ognuna qualcosa di nuovo. Non ci sono mai stati tempi morti e tutto è stato gestito alla perfezione. Abbiamo mangiato bene, siamo state seguite con professionalità, ma soprattutto ci siamo sentite come a casa! Grazie Marco!

We met Marco in his house deep in the woods in a nature national park. After a welcome... read more coffee we prepared the three dishes we have discussed and decided in advance (ravioli, tiramisu and involtini). Marco explained the how and why of making in depth and answered all of our questions. He is a great chef, teacher and host!

After cooking we enjoyed our creations at a lovely table in the forrest with a great bottle of wine.

It was delicious and a delightful experience.

One note: The setting is a beautiful wooded area. If mosquitos enjoy munching on you as much as they like me, bring  repellent.

					  Marco is an excellent chef. He’s not only professional but extremely patient and kind. He accommodated all of my menu requests as I was the only one for the day... read more (yay!). He picked me up at the station, we went to get some groceries for the food we were about to prepare and then headed to his cottage. His place is heavenly. I loved his house, the garden and the table was literally set up in the woods. Absolutely stunning atmosphere. You can hear the birds chirping while you eat. We had an interesting conversation over lunch which I thoroughly enjoyed. His family is just as kind. I couldn’t have asked for more. I booked this for my birthday and I’m so glad I did. I got beautiful pictures in his garden with different flowers in the background. I learnt to make authentic southern and northern Italian dishes. We prepared a three-course meal (Pizzoccheri, Caponata and Torta Giulio). Before dropping me back to the station, Marco showed me River Ticino. I’d say it was a well-spent day. I’d definitely recommend this experience to everyone and hopefully I’ll be back another time.

					  We gathered with friends at a villa outside Como to spend Christmas together and high on my list for our visit was to hire a local chef for an authentic... read more dining experience for our group. Chef Marco hit it out of the park! He was wonderful and easy to communicate with to arrange a custom menu and arrange the details. He then came to our villa and cooked and prepared a stunning 4 course meal that had us all so full and so impressed. We are still in awe of his amazing gnocchi and out of this world tiramisu. If in the Como area taking a class or enjoying a meal prepared with Chef Marco is a MUST!
