Embark on a culinary adventure with Chef Marco, where you’ll taste a variety of authentic dishes from different regions of Italy.

Learn about the stories, traditions, and history behind each dish as you indulge in favorites like mushroom risotto, eggplant Parmigiana and finish off with a delicious serving of Sicilian cannoli, one of the chef’s personal favorites.

This private chef experience will showcase the best of Northern and Southern Italian cuisine.

If you want to learn how to prepare handmade pasta (lasagna, ravioli, tagliatelle, gnocchi) or pesto or risotto or tiramisu, or any other Italian recipe, I’m available for a private cooking class in your villa.

Use the booking form below, choosing the desired date. We will reply as soon as possible, if the date is not available you will be offered alternative dates.

In response to your request, you will be sent a menu from which to choose the dishes that interest you most, with an indication of allergens.

We will ask you to indicate the presence of any food allergies in the group of diners which will also be addressed by replacing some ingredients if necessary.

Finally, you will be shown the price which includes the preparation of lunch/dinner, the service, and the final cleaning of the kitchen.

We recommend that you book well in advance, especially during the summer season and during the most popular periods such as Christmas or Easter to be sure of finding availability.
